Export html to excel using js?

It is not made using tables, but simply divs. You need to export this table to excel.
Can you please tell me what library can I use to do this?

in a regular notepad you can easily replace divs with quotes and commas and format the data as csv, which is easy to open in excel
wrangler on mac does it exceptionally fast
