What is the point of transferring orders to the PP? I saw such an order on the exchange-

If you are an advertiser, then you pay money and get traffic to your resource.
If you are an affiliate, you send traffic and get money, and the service, as a layer between you and the customer, takes a percentage.

Because you could accept the application by phone or via Avito, and you need to somehow transfer it to the partner - so fill out the form yourself.
