Explain about Docker, if not difficult?

So, I am developing under joomla, mostly plugins and all this lies on the local PC and openserver, recently I came across docker not for the first time, and it happens that some scripts (such as node js) and other for development on the installation pages have I refer to the hub, and as I understand it to work through containers, can I use commands to deploy it on my local without manual installation, or is everything fundamentally wrong?
For example, a banal situation, I would like to deploy a new domain with Joomla on a server in a couple of clicks. Or am I digging in the wrong place?
Thanks

Not there.
Docker is an isolation tool. It is not needed for your purposes.

use vagrant

Rna Windows has something for "clicks". With a normal deployment, everything is done in one command from the console.
The commands are highly dependent on the host and api resources you use.
It is reasonable to do auto deployments when there is a flow of similar or identical orders
