Expecting number loading given in SQL?

I have a spreadsheet with data in excel, I need to load it into pl/sql(spark).
I created the table itself through python, but it doesn’t work to load data into it, because the error "expecting number" comes out
Even when I create a table with only the char type, it still says that it expects a number I will
attach a fragment of the script and the error itself ( I immediately apologize for photo and quality, there was no other way to insert the code ).

Perhaps this is due to the executemany function itself
