Exim and TLS question
Hello habrohumans.
There is a problem: a server with an ekzim on board, the task is to send an email despite the fact that the provider blocks outgoing port 25. Replies to any connections:
tls_on_connect
There was an idea to make ekzim connect not to port 25 but to port 465. Can anyone suggest how to do this? Breaking half of the Internet found only an option for the config - tls_on_connect , you need to register it in transports.
I wrote it like this:
Ekzim swears at a mistake
Maybe you can tell me what to do, he has already broken his brains.
# telnet smtp.gmail.com 25
Trying 74.125.43.109...
telnet: connect to address 74.125.43.109: Connection refused
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host
remote_smtp:
driver = smtp
tls_on_connect = true
# exim -v [email protected]
LOG: PANIC DIE
Exim configuration error in line 191 of /usr/local/etc/exim/configure:
option "tls_on_connect" unknown
