Execution time exceeded in ASP.NET. With what it can be connected?

On the local ASP.NET machine, the site works fine. But as soon as I put it on Azure, the problems started. Namely: when accessing any .aspx page (even if the page does nothing and does not access anywhere), the server issues an error that the execution time has been exceeded.
With what it can be connected?

Maybe write a stack? And it is not clear what is exceeded
