I apologize for the vague title, but I could not think of a more intelligible name.

The idea is this: there are two Vkontakte users with several thousand "friends". One from Novgorod, the second from Tver, for example. When advertising some goods or services, they would gladly exchange advertising posts on their own behalf in order to attract an audience from another region, but it’s not fate for them to find each other.

Are there exchanges, directories, or just forums where such people can negotiate barter?

PS It's about living, but popular people, and not about spam and users with a bunch of bots as friends.

Well damn guys, I sincerely wish you all money and well-being. As for the moral and ethical side of the issue, this market already exists. And this service will appear sooner or later. There are blogs, there is a blogger for them . There have always been links, there are link exchanges for them.
Now there are microblogs. There are pages of “beggars” but very popular artists on VKontakte, they make music for free, barely fight back with concerts, it’s very difficult to publish in Russia, it’s even more difficult to get a penny from this, and millions of people come to their pages (hundreds of thousands for sure). You still need it, you personally need this service!
