Excel table freezes when deleting a large number of rows?

There are two laptops: the same processor, the same amount of RAM (8 GB), on both ssds, on both the same version of OS and Office (2016). On one table, when deleting 13 thousand rows, it freezes tightly, on the second everything is perfect. On the problematic laptop, the OS and Office were completely reinstalled, the problem remained. In Excel's safe mode I have the same problem. The same table, but on one laptop the table freezes, on the second you delete-return-delete-return - everything is perfect.
