Excel. How to get unique entries in drop down list?

Hello!
Question to the Excel guru)
In general, I need to make linked drop-down lists as described here https://www.planetaexcel.ru/techniques/1/38/
I'm still training on the demo data that is offered there.
The question is:
Let's say if I add another Cougar entry to the Ford, then
it will show two Cougars in the dropdown list.
But I need to get unique records. That is, if there are at least 10 Cougars, then you still need to show one Cougar.
It can be done?
thanks in advance

Take an intermediate step.
1) From a table with repetitions, build a pivot table. Put the brand in the lines, then the model. Get a list without repetitions
2) On this pivot table, create your dependent lists
3) When adding new rows to the main data, update the summary
Without an intermediate list of "values without repetitions", the task is unlikely to be completed (if you do not write separate macros for this matter)
