Every time it starts, it says: “Preparing for automatic recovery”, what should I do?

For certain reasons, it was necessary to pull out the video card. Power turned off. Turned off the monitor. After the machinations I need, I close everything and connect it. I turn it on, but I understand that the monitor is not turned on, I connected it, but nothing was displayed (most likely this is not the necessary info, but still), I restart - everything is fine.
And just at the next turn on, the inscription indicated in the title came out.

How to fix it?
