Every minute I receive mail to [email protected] in Exim. What can be wrong?

There is an exim mail server. Every minute I get a message that is frozen in the queue:
0m 3.6K 1bqfqD-0001G9-P1 <> *** frozen ***
[email protected]
What could be wrong?

Is there an email in the crontab?

The server sends service information. I would recommend setting the alias for the root box to one of your real ones.
