Event 10016, what is the best thing to do?

I recently started writing a simple socket server in python, and I tested both the client and the server on the same computer. The client issues this:

[WinError 10053] Программа на вашем хост-компьютере разорвала установленное подключение

Through the event viewer, I found out what happened "Event 10016". According to CLSID, this happened in Immersive Shell.
What needs to be changed to prevent this from happening again?
