EVE-NG why can't nodes see the external network?

Situation: I found out about eve recently, I decided to try it and immediately the problem.
Problem: Node(mikrotik) from the simulation does not ping anything on the external
Linux KDE neon network, it has a VMware WS virtual machine, it has an eve-ng linux image on it, in the cloud0 simulation - (e1)mikrotik, on mikrotik, by default, dhcp-client and masquerade on the first port.
mikrotik received an ip from real mikrotik different from eve-ng's ip, everything seems logical, but ping from the simulation does not work, eve-ng itself pings everything both simulations and the external network.
The third day I can not find a clear solution.
