Evaluate the assembly of a PC and explain how to make it more efficient and cheaper without sacrificing much performance?
I have never assembled a PC myself, so I strongly doubt my assembly, as for the tasks, my requirements have already been partially described earlier by another user
I'm a programmer, I like to listen to music at the same time and keep my browser open with a ton of open tabs. My current PC couldn't handle this kind of multitasking - parallel running VSCode and desktop Spotify can already hang the computer. And I would like to run a test server, at the same time listen to a lecture on Youtube and work in my favorite VSCode. Maybe also download a movie in parallel for the evening.

On the one hand, the same Sabnavtika will barely move on the 630 plug-in from Intel. On the other hand, a discrete video card devours more than a third of the budget.
A reasonable way out would be to abandon the video card. With this money, take the 11th generation i7 with an integrated UHD 750. It has a normal cooler, and not this weak deshman, from which the percentage will throttle under load. RAM 2 bars of 16. SSD NVMe, if the motherboard has a radiator for it. The power supply is adequate, at least 80+ standard. In general, invest in normal components. And then save up for a video card, wait for a price drop.
For me, it's the perfect computer.
The only thing - I would not spend money on thermal paste. In the drain, there is definitely a more preferable thermal composition.
I also support everything that is written above. But it's like "add salt to taste."
It is worth moving in this direction only locally, seeing some difficulties in the process of work.
