It is not possible to create an internal virtual switch, it gives a general Access error (from under the administrator).
What could be the problem? (I use a tp-link wireless wi-fi adapter, I tried to rearrange the drivers, it doesn’t help ...)

What version of Hyper-V and from which client (RSAT version) are you using? Try to create vSwitch via powershell - new-vmswitch . Since I encountered management bugs, if versions are not compatible - RSAT on Win8 is not fully compatible with Hyper-V 2012 R2, you need to install RSAT on Win8.1.
