You can choose or not complex firefox plugin. In a nutshell, this add-on should collect the necessary information from the page, probably display a preview of the collected information and give it to the framework for processing. Or make it possible to authorize (the framework has a web interface) using various services. Take for example: facebook, google, twitter, openId, myOpenId.

No, on the basis of this framework, a network of interests is built where there is no central server. But somehow the user needs to be identified. The exchange of information is carried out by the framework itself.

No VK and other social networks.
More time will be spent on learning the API.
Prepare TOR for such a framework and order it freelance.
