ESP8266: waiting for host What is the problem?

the ESP8266 12F module has stopped breaking through. when you try to flash it, the firmware breaks. At 74880 baud it gives the message:

ets Jan 8 2013, rst cause:2, boot mode: (7, 7)
waiting for host

What does this message mean? After each pressing on RST and turning on

1) Check all the pins, if there are braces for the boot, if the reset line behaves normally, and the power does not sag / disappear (set the standby mode on the oscil)
2) Iron sometimes dies, you just need to buy a new one
