Error with DB connection in JAVA?

Run the jar file, a window is initially displayed in which you need to enter a login and password. So, if you install the program through exe, then it connects to the database, and if you run it through a jar file, it gives an "Error connecting to the database".

and at the bottom there are a lot of errors from the database.
