Error while installing Laravel. Who can tell?

I decided to install Lara to play around, and then an error pops up during installation.
I can not figure out how to solve it, the search engines did not help.
I open terminal, create folder laravel.loc
$ cd laravel.loc/

$ composer create-project --prefer-dist laravel/laravel
