Once again, read some book about python. Not about pycharm, which has absolutely nothing to do with it, but about python. Your question is so incorrect that you will not understand the answer.

Apparently Kivy does not yet support Python 3.8, try 3.7 - I installed everything on 3.7.7, on 3.8 there was a similar error.
