Error while installing Anaconda2?

I ran into an unexpected problem, it became necessary to downgrade the language version, before that I had Anaconda 3, I decided to install Anaconda 2, but during installation it gives such an error (screenshot below), almost at the very end. Naturally, Anaconda 3 was removed before installing version 2. I tried to completely remove the unsuccessfully installed Anaconda 2, and then cleaned the registry. I remembered that I also have the default IDE Python 3.7, I thought it was an error, I deleted everything related to Python, cleaned the registry, installed everything on a new one, version 2.7 and again an error. I read it on Google, there are no Russian letters on the way to the anaconda, the username is written in English. I don't understand where the error could be. Tell me please.

well, you probably have a zhezh and the user is written in Cyrillic
and the folders are all written in Cyrillic
and in general you have Windows
