Error when trying to install tkinter and sqlite3, anyone know how to help?

The following error is thrown:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement sqlite3 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for sqlite3

Allegedly, some version of something was not found.
Who knows what's wrong?
Installed on python 3.8.0

They are included in the standard library of most Python distributions. Why are you trying to install them?

why install? in the console, open the list of installed libraries, these are default
