Error when integrating 1s counterparties with Bitrix, what is the error?

Hello!
We do unloading from 1s to the counterparty's Bitrix.
It gives an error, judging by the file it gives an error in the database, but not in Bitrix shows that everything is ok.
We noticed that if there is an automatic unloading, there is not much, then everything is ok. And if complete, then it gives an error.
