Error when deploying to Heroku, why?

Installed gunicorn. I write in the herooke local web console and I constantly get errors that a package is imported into gunicorn that does not exist, and so on. Why?
I have windows

Gunicorn does not work on Windows. Therefore, if you do not use another http server, then you will not be able to test your application locally (heroku local web) on Win.
