Error when deploying to Heroku?

Everything is successfully pushed, but in the end it gives this error:
Heroku[router]: at=error code=H14 desc="No web processes running" method=GET path="/" host=fofojoy.herokuapp.com
I read it, tried to fix it with heroku ps:scale web=1
But it throws this error:
Scaling dynos... !
▸ Couldn't find that process type (web).
What could be the reason? What should be written in Procfile?
