Error when deploying telegram bot to https://www.pythonanywhere.com/?

I wrote a telegram bot in python, when I run it on a PC, everything works without errors and problems, when I uploaded it to https://www.pythonanywhere.com/ and run it, it gives a syntax error, everything is on the screenshots.

1. pythonruns python2.7, you need python3.6
2. Code and error are indicated by text
3. Bots on pythonanywhere are not run via the console
