Error when deploying GitScrum, why is the Product Backlog not generated?

Installed as an alternative php7 to php5.4 for a server on CentOS. ISPManager panel.
And deployed GitScrum https://github.com/renatomarinho/laravel-gitscrum (framework for Laravel)
After I click the "Create Product Backlog" button, my page crashes.
