Error uploading files to github?

When executing the last command:
git push -u origin master

in the git console, when uploading files to github, it gives an error -

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/konst2017/new9.git/': Could not resolve host: github.com

The commands git config --global --unset http.proxy
git config --global --unset https.proxy do not help. What to do?
