Error starting device libguestfs. How to fix?

Linux mint at home, installed virt-manager, everything works.
At work, rosa fresh 12 (based on centos), does not draw CPU load graphs and in the OS information section writes libguestfs device startup error: "here is the path to the vm disk"
Anyone encountered? How to fix?
