I want to copy the horizontal_multilevel component template to the dega.kz/local site template.
I understand that the matter is in some kind of rights, but could someone explain to me how to get them? Please don't post links, I've seen some of them. I didn't find a solution for them. I understand that there are some hosting settings, but I use a simplecloud virtual server.
I have a .access.php file in the root of the site. I set the setting to X there, but it didn't help much.

It's not about the rights of the script (.access.php), but the physical rights to the directory.
For example, in Bitrix Env ​​there is a linux user bitrix (UID: 600), under which all operations are performed, but many unskilled developers work under root access.
It is impossible to copy files from under the bitrix user to the folder created by the root user, if the appropriate rights are not set for it.
