Error QWPRC-137. How to fix?

I am using python 3.9.6 and pyQiwi library.
Gives error QWPRC-137, which is not googled. What's the matter?

The problem was in the wrong request. Qiwi's provider ID does not always match the number in the link. I replaced it with the correct one (having looked in the off-line documentation) and it all worked.
