Error installing MS SQL Server. FullDownloadActivity. How to decide?

I install the MS SQL Server downloaded from the site, start the installation, in the middle of the download I get the error "FullDownloadActivity"
I tried to put it on another disk, and downloaded 2017, and even downloaded it from another browser. Nothing.

Accidentally solved the same problem. The same error came out after trying to set the type to "Custom". I tried to install "Basic" and also got an error, but a different one (I don't remember the name), after which I was asked to restart Windows. Rebooted, after which, calmly got up "Custom".
