Error installing modules with pip. What is the problem?

installed pip on windows 10. We managed to load the numpy module without problems, but when I tried to download the vk library, I received the following message:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement vk (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for vk

Please tell me what am I doing wrong?
