Error installing emmet plugin?

Good evening. Today I decided to switch from the brackets editor to sublime text 3. I set up according to the guide from WebDesign master and installed all the necessary plugins, including emmet.
In the evening I decided to go in, to play pranks. As always, I decided to create an html5 document structure, but with ! and pressing tab nothing came up, checked for .class nothing worked.
Then I decided to reinstall, went to remove, deleted it. I restarted emmet, went to install, found Emmet as usual and pressed Enter. Usually plugins are installed in 5-10 seconds. But he tried to load something for about 3 minutes, in the end he brought out such an error.
