Error in Word on different machines, why?

I have one client had such a situation, the Word quietly and unpredictably crashes with an error in the log. Office costs 2010, everything is licensed, everything is updated. It happens on different machines. Before turning here, I dealt with the error myself, reviewed many reviews on various forums. So I came to the conclusion that this is some kind of local glitch. Just some weird incompatibility along the way. It is necessary how not how to return files. What is your opinion guys?
