Error in openserver?

I installed drupal on an open server and ran into a problem, Drupal did not work with php 5.4, I opened modules in open server and selected apache 2.4 and php 5.6 and then a window appeared "The program cannot be started because MSVCR110.dll is missing on the computer. Try reinstalling the program Help, what to do?
