Error in command syntax when trying to rename a file?

Hello, I'm trying to rename a file, but because of its name, "Error in command syntax" pops up

rename C:\videos\vlc-record-2017-06-21-16h32m19s-ArenaVision 27-28-.ts newname.ts

How can I rename such a file?
