This is normal for CS:GO. You just have to wait. 90% chance that the game will start. Click the "wait" button. And of course, 16 RAM suggests itself for CS. Or even 32 ... And do not play with a laptop. You will work a laptop in half a year. Then remember my words. A desktop computer is needed with normal cooling and a strong keyboard.
