Error creating subdomain in cPanel?

I'm trying to create a subdomain in cPanel, I'm getting the error "An error occurred while creating the subdomain" prntscr.com/8tmjry
Has anyone experienced this?

Waiting for a response from support!
The following setting would need to be enabled via WHM's Tweak Settings to create a subdomain for the domain.
Tweak Settings >Domains > Allow users to park subdomains of the server's hostname. For some reason this setting was disabled.

Have you tried writing the full domain name?
