Error connecting discord.py to Pycharm?

Hello! I tried to install the discord.py library in pycharm, but when I write pip install discord.py it gives me a big error:

error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required. Get it with "Build Tools for Visual Studio": https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/

You are using Python 3.9 under which the package multidictdoes not have "wheels" precompiled.
Three fixes:
  • Just wait until the compiled version of the library appears
  • Install Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 as suggested by pip and compile required libraries on installation
  • Easiest: Rollback to py3.8
