Error connecting cisco 871 to pptp server. What could be the problem?

Good afternoon!
I have such a problem - there was a working configured cisco 871 router, configured as a pptp client. Everything connected and worked. I decided to update his ios. Updated, and after a reboot it stopped connecting to the pptp server. Ok, I reverted the old image, which connected an hour ago, and nothing. Connection does not occur.

But the config didn't change! I checked the username and password - they match what should be. What could be the problem?

@topbanana

Everything turned out to be simple. The subscription ended a couple of days ago. Until I terminated the connection, it worked quietly for itself.

Did not literally change or did you re-upload it through the terminal (copy-paste) after flashing? In the second case, check if there are any extra spaces in the login/password (at the end).
