@Witosser

I found the code in the settings of one project, after I inserted it it worked. Can anyone explain why the previous (standard) code did not work, but this one did?

TEMPLATES = [
    {
        'BACKEND': 'django.template.backends.django.DjangoTemplates',
        'APP_DIRS': True,
        'OPTIONS': {
            'context_processors': [
                'django.contrib.auth.context_processors.auth',
                'django.template.context_processors.i18n',
                'django.template.context_processors.request',
                'django.contrib.messages.context_processors.messages',

            ]
        }
    }
]

@hellpirat

1) Why do you have templates in your methods differently - do they start with a slash, then without?
2) Well, your applications should be specified after the standard ones from Django

INSTALLED_APPS = (
    'django.contrib.admin',
    'django.contrib.auth',
    'django.contrib.contenttypes',
    'django.contrib.sessions',
    'django.contrib.messages',
    'django.contrib.staticfiles',
     'basa',
)
