Error Cannot find 'widget' template with page. How to decide?

Good day to all.
I must say right away that I am not a developer, but an admin of the web server on which the corporate portal is running.
The customer installed the online store module and the store template, after which problems began and it is not clear how to fix them (it is no longer possible to completely restore the portal from a backup). Please help me to get on the right path.

When you go to the main page of the site, the entire live feed is displayed and next to the authorization form there is an error:
Cannot find 'widget' template with page ''
Cannot find 'widget' template with page ''
Cannot find 'widget' template with page ''

I can't understand why a live feed is displayed to all users and how to fix it.
I tried to search for files that were changed on 06/26/20 (the date the template was installed) and replace them with files from last year's backup, but this did not bring any result.

We really need yours to guide you on the true path.
It's still not clear why the main page leads to /extranet in structure management. As it was before, I don't know.

In your case, I see 2 options:
1) If multisite was configured, then the sites are crookedly defined and when you open one site, you open this site in the template of another and vice versa. Thus, patterns that lie in one place are searched for in another. Check your multisite settings.
2) If multi-site was NOT configured, then most likely the Customer simply rolled this module into the place of the main portal than put everything.
Unfortunately, the operation is not rollback and you can only try to build a penetaur for temporary work before preparing a new server.
