Error: Can't find Python executable "python", you can set the PYTHON env variable, how to fix this error?

I installed Node.js, then via Git Bush, I installed glup globally "npm install gulp -g". After that, I go to the folder where I wanted to work with Gulp, there is already a package.json file, etc. Then I install gulp in the project folder, of course I open Git Bush there, enter "npm i" and this error appears there. The most interesting thing is that Gulp works for me, but this error pisses me off.
I tried to solve this problem, but it didn't work. Some sources wrote that the problem can be solved in several ways, updating gulp itself or updating MVS something and doing crazy operations.
If anyone has any ideas how to solve this problem, please help! :)

@timfcsm

first, you need to install python .. preferably version 2.7.10
then check that the path variable contains the path to the exe file, and not to the folder .. well, or register it yourself if the installer does not prescribe
