Error 500 due to WP theme, how to fix?

I uploaded my theme to a new hosting, but the site does not open and gives an error 500.
Everything works stably on the local server, please help, is the error due to my theme?
Tried to change the .htaccess file nothing!

Enable WP_DEBUG and catch the error. Or look at the server error logs.

Delete the theme folder and everything will be fine. Or fix the theme code to avoid this error. HTACCESS has nothing to do with it.
