Error 403, when going to one of the directories on the server, how to fix it?

Friends, the problem is this, I can’t get to the directory on the site, it gives a 403 error, I know that this error can occur due to access rights to the folder, etc. But here's the trick if I want to access a folder without a dot at the beginning, for example "mysite.ru/newfolder", then everything goes fine, but if I want to go to a folder with a dot at the beginning, for example
"mysite.ru/.newfolder" it gives me a 403 error! what could be the problem? I use openserver with apache -php7+nignx1.9, I will provide screenshots below, please urgently help me figure out what the problem is!
