Error 101 Prohibited input U+00000020 on one of the 2 computers?

Site on Joomla 4.1.0, PHP-FPM 7.4.16.
There was an unusual situation: Comp1 and Comp2. Opera (in chrome also). I click on the site registration, fill out the form, click send. On computer 1 it's ok. On computer2 - "101 Prohibited input U+00000020".

As you can see from the spoiler - he is trying to pass the "name of the letter" to the conversion. Actually: why is it normal on the 1st computer, but not on the 2nd? Where to look?

Maybe I'll say something stupid, but there is no auto-substitution in the browser? And if on 2 PCs, try the same with another browser?
