Error 0xc000000f when installing windows 10, how to fix it?

I downloaded windows 10 from a torrent, made a bootable USB flash drive, and started installing. In the BIOS, I indicated a bootable USB flash drive, after installing Windows, it reboots, and according to the idea, the installation of Windows should continue, but error 0xc000000f pops up information: Boot menu failed because the required device is not available. When installing a hard disk in bios for 1 place, the same error pops up, how to fix it?

Go to https://www.microsoft.com/ru-ru/software-download/...
Download the MediaCreationTool utility in the utility, specify which version of Windows you need, after which the utility downloads the desired version and writes it to a USB flash drive or disk.

You need to check the BIOS or UEFI settings: the "controller type" used (AHCI), fast boot (FastBoot), secure boot (SecureBoot) and ... something else I forgot :(. I
