ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED and status 499?

Only in Chrome, when the form is saved with a subsequent redirect, it goes to the url where the path is correct, but the domain is localhost:25005. In the nginx logs, the transition to that page is marked with status 499. fastcgi_ignore_client_abort on or proxy_ignore_client_abort on did not help. There are no errors.
