It depends on the country and what exactly you are going to post.
For example, digitalocean (like almost all purely Dutch hosters) for a long time allowed posting erotica and pornography, provided that they do not violate laws, copyright (in general, not CPU, not pedophilia, etc.).
So you don’t need special bulletproofing to host porn, you just need to find a hoster where they allow it to be hosted.
But in general, bulletproofing is needed not so that your project is not closed (this is exactly what most bulletproof hosters do not promise), but so that your personal data does not become known to the court or anyone else. However, everything is relative there - they push harder and that's it.
